The first thing that happens is that you complete and return our personnel request and referral documents. Once we receive these documents we are ready to go to work for you. You are under no obligation to pay us anything until you hire one of our referrals candidates.

AutoPersonnel.com subscribes to a number of industry specific resume banks as well as our own data base of candidates. We conduct preliminary phone interviews to see if the potential candidate is interested in the positions for which we are recruiting. If relocation is required we make sure the location is acceptable to the candidate. At this time we also conduct a second phone interview with the candidate in order to review his work history and qualifications. Once this process is completed we forward the resumes of potential qualified candidates to you for review. You select the candidates you are interested in and we set up a scheduled initial telephone interviews at a mutually convenient time. This eliminates the frustrating back and forth of “phone tag” and allows you the luxury of moving rapidly on the candidates which appeal to you. When you have narrowed down your selections we conduct a complete reference check on the candidates you have chosen.

Once you have selected the candidates for a face to face personnel interview we will coordinate the time and assist in communicating location, travel time and other particulars. We stand ready to be involved to the degree necessary to move the process forward to the job offer and acceptance of employment by the candidate.
