Most recent accomplishment – Managing a dealership that was below minimum standards in Sales efficiency, CSI and Net Profit.  Within one year dealership was considered the fastest growing dealership in the region and was above sales efficiency standards.  Also in the first year CSI climbed above the bench mark and went from last in the district to the middle of the pack.  Within the second year, dealership net profit increased from 1.5M to 4M while CSI and sales efficiency continued to rise.
